About us
Experience from the shop floor, not from slide decks
The automotive industry leaves no room for compromise. Every deviation can mean downtime, higher costs or non-conforming parts. That is why we specialise in the service, repair and precise tool adjustment of press tools, so that they meet the required technical standards and keep production running smoothly.
We gained our experience working on projects for major automotive manufacturers and suppliers. As most assignments are subject to strict non-disclosure agreements, we treat confidentiality as a matter of course. We approach every project with the same goal: to deliver a reliable solution that holds up even in the most demanding production conditions.
All assignments are handled with maximum confidentiality and full respect for NDAs.

How we work together
Our process
-
01Diagnostics
In the initial phase we carry out a thorough analysis of the condition of the press tools and of the production process, in order to identify the key factors affecting production and to uncover potential risks or shortcomings. Based on these findings we then propose solutions aimed at increasing the accuracy, efficiency and reliability of the production process.
-
02Service work and optimisation
After the diagnostics we carry out the service work or alternative solutions required to stabilise the identified risk factors. At the same time we optimise the production process and the integration of the tools into production for smooth and efficient series output.
-
03Testing and support
In the final phase we test the tools and processes directly on site, monitoring their performance and efficiency. We provide continuous technical support and preventive maintenance, ensuring long-term reliability and 100% functionality of the press tools.
